Application

 

1. Root Irrigation: Tailor the water quantity based on iron deficiency levels, applying it around the tree crown or evenly on both sides. For soils with poor permeability, create a 15-20 cm deep groove to facilitate flood irrigation, infusing the EDDHA-Fe chelate iron solution. Apply 1 kg per mu for fruit trees or shrubs, ensuring it reaches the plant roots.
2. Drip Irrigation and Flushing: Regularly integrate with irrigation water, using this method to flush the area. Adjust application frequency and dosage, using 70-100g per mu, depending on iron deficiency severity.
3. Foliar Spray: Dilute the supplement 3000-3500 times with water, administering weekly sprays for 2-3 consecutive sessions based on the iron deficiency level.

Essential Considerations:
1. Optimal application timing for EDDHA-Fe is pre-germination or upon the first signs of iron deficiency.
2. Post-application, EDDHA-Fe in water should be immediately covered with soil due to its photosensitivity and ease of degradation in light.
3. Around fruit trees or plant sides, dig a 15-20 cm deep groove, pour the solution, and cover promptly with soil.
4. Employ injection tools to administer EDDHA-Fe into the soil, ensuring thorough water infiltration for optimal plant absorption.
5. For rapid results or severe yellowing, apply soil fertilization followed by a foliar spray.
6. Despite its high solubility and tendency to absorb moisture and agglomerate, product quality remains unaffected.
7. Adjust dosage based on tree size and chlorosis severity.
