Function
The new generation of calcium supplement treasures, its chemical structure is stable, good solubility, high absorption rate. It can be used as pharmaceutical intermediates, food additives and nutrient fortifier. As a calcium source, L-aspartate calcium should be used in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Hygienic Standard for the Use of Food fortifier (GB14880 -- 1994). This product can STably enter the small intestine, slowly release calcium ions for human absorption, its molecular structure is similar to natural food dipeptide protein calcium.
Application
(1) Bread, cake, noodles, macaroni, improve the utilization rate of raw materials, improve the taste and flavor.
(2) Aquacultural products, canned food, dried seaweed, etc., strengthen the organization, maintain fresh taste, enhance taste sense
