1. Promote photosynthesis
Chlorophyll in crops mainly includes chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, which are important pigments to absorb light energy in photosynthesis. Under the catalysis of glutamine tRNA reductase (GluTR), glutamate generates glutamine tRNA, which is then catalysed by a variety of enzymes and multi-step reactions to generate chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, thereby enhancing the crop's absorption of light energy and improving the efficiency of photosynthesis.

2. Improve crop quality
Nitrate in the human body can be reduced to toxic nitrite. Most of the nitrate taken in by the human body comes from vegetables, so it is important to reduce the nitrate content in vegetables.
